Retargeting Alerts

Convert fans that have shown interest with a remarketing email 1-8 hours after they have viewed a “Review Order” page during checkout or carted tickets but did not purchase or if they’ve visited an Event Details Page (EDP) twice within 60 days. A second notification will occur 48 hours after the initial email.
