NEW  Introducing Panama Canal Cruisetour
On August 1, 2023, we announced the introduction of two Panama Canal Cruisetours. A 3-day, 2-night cruisetour, and a 4-day, 3-night pre-cruise-only land program departing from Panama City, Panama. NEW  NCL Takes Delivery of Norwegian Viva
On August 3, 2023, we took delivery of Norwegian Viva at the renowned Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera, Italy. NEW  Norwegian Viva Entertainment Updates
On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, this communication was sent to all guests and travel partners booked on Norwegian Viva's August 10 and August 19, 2023, sailings. Due to some delays in production, Beetlejuice - The Musical will not be available for those two sailings. Please note that there will be plenty of programming and entertainment options on board. NEW Info Regarding Air Sea Guests on Canada and New England Sailings
Due to limited commercial flight availability into Québec City Jean Lesage International, select guests and travel partners, who have flights booked through NCL may be booked on a flight arriving or departing from Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport for Norwegian Sky and Norwegian Pearl. All affected guests and travel partners have received this communication. This also applies to guests who have requested to deviate their vacation days up to two days pre or post-cruise. NEW Unused CruiseNext Report
The Sales Operations Team has developed a report that provides an overview of unused CruiseNext coupons that identifies Sales Managers, Guests, and Agent fields, separated into columns. Use this report to identify and remind travel partners that they have clients with coupons expiring this year. The team will send these out the first week of every month. NEW Norwegian Sky and Viva Displacements and Itinerary Changes
As a result of port congestion in Haifa, Israel, the below reservations for Norwegian Sky and Viva have been modified. Find a list of travel partners with affected reservations for Norwegian Viva's sailings here and Norwegian Sky's sailings here. Please note that guest communications have been sent today, August 7, 2023. Partners First also sent notifications, linked here, to all impacted travel advisors this morning. Please note that guests may choose between sailing on the adjusted itinerary at no additional cost or canceling their current reservation by August 14, 2023, when reservations are scheduled to be moved over. NEW  Norwegian Breakaway Updated Berthing Location
On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, this communication was sent to all travel partners with guests booked on Norwegian Breakaway's August 4, 2023, sailing. The communication contains important information regarding a change to the berthing location for our call to Valletta, Malta, on August 10, 2023. The ship will now dock at Boiler Ward, where guests will have the option to explore that destination or reserve a complimentary shuttle boat transfer to Pinto, Valletta Port Cruise Terminal.
