NEW  Introducing Rome and Etruria Cruisetour
On July 21, 2023, we announced the introduction of our Rome and Etruria Cruisetour for 2024. A 3-day and 2-night pre-cruise-only land program departing from Rome, Italy. NEW  Trade Advertising Webinar 
Trade Advertising has partnered with VaxVacationAccess for their summer school series. Please encourage your accounts to attend the VAX Summer School - The NCL Difference webinar on August 3, 2023, at 12 pm ET. Andrea Loyola will be presenting and there will be a cruise giveaway offered. NEW  Ordering Process for Trade Marketing Collateral 
If you have any last-minute orders or questions regarding the process of adding additional items to an order, please reference this Ordering Process document. It includes an overview of the correct steps to follow when ordering promotional items, such as brochures, flyers, USBs, and more. 

NEW  Norwegian Breakaway Entertainment Pre-Booking 
Pre-booking entertainment is unavailable for the August 14, 2023, sailing on Norwegian Breakaway. Guests and travel partners will be able to book entertainment once onboard their sailing. For additional entertainment information, please visit NCL Help's external "Fleetwide Entertainment" article. 

NEW  CruiseNext Email Request Process
Effective July 19, 2023, the CruiseNext team has moved to an email to case request process for all Salesforce users. If you submit an email request via Salesforce, it will not be received. Please ensure that you are submitting your request through email via Outlook to CruiseNext@ncl.com. Once your submission has been received, you will receive an automatic reply with a case number tied to the specific request. Case requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. For additional information, please visit NCL Help's "CruisNext" external article. To avoid delays, and for a request to be processed, you must include the following details:

  • Request Type
  • Full Legal Names (all parties)
  • Latitude Rewards Numbers (all parties)
  • CruiseNext Coupon Number 
  • Reservation Number (if applicable)

NEW  Reactive Statement Regarding Amsterdam (Shared July 21)
Please see the below approved reactive statement for any inquiries regarding the unexpected decision to not allow cruise ships to the center of Amsterdam. 
 

"Our teams are currently working to assess the impact of the unexpected decision to not allow cruise ships to visit the center of Amsterdam in the future and will advise guests and travel partners of any itinerary updates should they be necessary. Destination stewardship is a key component of our sustainability efforts and we will continue to work closely with ports and governments at the destinations we visit to comply with regulations and promote responsible and sustainable tourism." - Spokesperson for Norwegian Cruise Line. 


NEW  Operational Communication Regarding Norwegian Joy
In January 2024, Norwegian Joy will undergo a 3-week dry dock, which will introduce a brand new Thermal Suite, an expanded Vibe Beach Club, and expanded accommodation options, including a brand new Spa category. For your awareness, Partners First sent this operational email to travel partners on Thursday, July 20, 2023, to support the press release. For a list of affected travel partners, reference this file.   

NEW  Operational Communication Regarding Norwegian Sun
For your awareness, this operational email was sent from Partners First to travel partners with guests booked on Norwegian Sun's November 27, December 9, and December 21, 2023 sailings. As the sail dates, embark/debark ports, cruise length, staterooms booked, and ship are remaining the same, no compensation has been offered. Reservations are scheduled to move over on July 25, 2023.

NEW  Open For Sale: Norwegian Pearl and Spirit
The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Pearl and Spirit. Please find the sailing information here. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2024, and later. Spec groups are available to take out for all 2023 sailings. Please do not send requests to the Group Bookings Request team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE. 

UPDATED  Sailing Changes
In case you missed it, updates have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.
