Virtual Seminar

See when your AAV hits the eject button with Uncle

Dunk your AAV into a new buffer and lots can happen – aggregation, protein unfolding, and even leaking DNA. Uncle gives you capsid stability and aggregation info using just 9 µL of sample volume. Quickly quantify how things change with a new recombinant capsid, a lower pH, a different buffer, or an elevated temperature. Even pesky samples that contain fluorescent iodixanol are no problem for Uncle’s full spectrum fluorescence and thermal control to gather the data you need to understand your gene therapy. This seminar will cover how to quantify genome ejection, aggregation and capsid stability behavior for a variety of AAV serotypes and give examples of when pH or buffers can mess things up.
