Personalising ordering experiences to drive sales

We helped Domino's develop a new app to give customers a more personalised experience. Domino’s called on Apadmi’s discovery, design, strategy and development services; including tasking us with the seamless migration of millions of customers to the new app.

The native solution has now become their most valuable sales channel. The app has seen great success:

    Downloads increased by 21% year on year

Increasing loyalty with improved membership

Co-op came to Apadmi looking to give their members a better way to manage their membership with a mobile solution. Using our development, product strategy, systems integrations, and product marketing expertise, we delivered an app that saves their members money, builds customer loyalty and increases revenue opportunities. 

The app has seen impressive achievements, including:

    26 million personalised offers were redeemed last year saving over £10 million for members

    For every £1 Co-op spent developing the app and funding member offers, they received £12 back in revenue

    A 4.8-star app rating with millions of active users that love saving money and donating to charities with the app

Dunnes Stores

Digitising and driving loyalty for Ireland’s largest grocery retailer

Dunnes Stores needed a trusted partner to create a digital solution that would help it stay competitive, deliver excellent customer experience, save on paper costs, and increase revenue. Our solution was to revamp the existing paper-based voucher customer loyalty scheme with a digital solution.

Our team included experts in strategy, design, delivery, development, QA and launch optimisation, delivering on:

    €2.4m saved annually in print and mail costs with 70% of users opting into vouchers via the app rather than post

    900K downloads in the first year

Optimising customer experience for online shoppers

Very needed support with two projects that would optimise customer experience. Very used our experts to bolster their internal team to help with mobile app development when they were unable to fill the mobile skills gaps on their own.
