ApolloMD Overview
ApolloMD is a privately-held clinician group practice headquartered in Atlanta specializing in high-volume facilities with a business model structured to cater to each hospital’s unique needs. Our physicians and APCs enjoy practicing in top-quality environments, surrounded by clinicians with shared goals and values.

ApolloMD Partnership Program
All full-time clinicians have the opportunity to become partners. 


ApolloMD NOW
Single sign-on portal used by ApolloMD Clinicians during the onboarding process and after the joining the team. The portal provides access to the following: payroll, scheduling, internal chatter boards with colleagues, Quality Corner, blog, social media, educational tools and more.      


Malpractice FAQs
In keeping with our mission to assist our partner physicians and APCs in delivering high-quality care, ApolloMD and its affiliated entities has a partnership with Medical Security Insurance Company (MSIC) for a consistent professional liability solution countrywide.


CME Allowance Guidelines
The CME allowance of $2,000 is available for licenses, registration fees associated with coursework and seminars, professional fees/dues, associated travel for attending classes/seminars and reference materials.


401K Eligibility Overview
IPR offers a 401k Profit Sharing Plan & Trust through Fidelity. Employees also have access to financial advisors through OneDigital. All employees are eligible to begin contributing on their hire date. Employer contributions will begin following one year of employment with 1,000 hours of service.


Contributions:

  • Employee Contributions:
  • Employee Deferrals: 1-99% of compensation Pre-tax and/or Roth.
  • Combined deferrals of pre-tax and Roth cannot exceed $23,500 in 2025.
  • Catch-up Contribution: Available to participants age 50 and older. Maximum of $7,500 additional contribution in 2025. For those aged 60-63, the "Super Catch Up" amount is$11,250.
  • Safe Harbor Match (Company Contribution):
  • 100% of the first 5% that you contribute
  • To take advantage of the full employer Safe Harbor match, ensure your own 401k contributions are spread out over every paycheck of the year. You will only receive the employer contribution if you are contributing as well.
  • Rollovers permitted prior to eligibility being met.
  • Vesting - 100% immediate vesting on your deferral contributions, Roth, Safe Harbor Match, and Rollover. Discretionary Profit Sharing will have a 3 year cliff vesting schedule.

The APC University is a resource available to all ApolloMD APCs featuring didactic, documentation and procedure presentations, as well as additional training resources.
