Housing Information

Exhibitor housing for HITEC Dallas will open on April 1, 2021.

The official housing vendor for HITEC Dallas is Orchid.Events. All reservations must be made through the Orchid.Events reservation site found on the HITEC Dallas Hotel & Travel webpage, available on April 1, 2021. 

NOTICE: Unauthorized housing companies are approaching HFTP registrants and exhibitors offering hotel rooms at significant discounts. Any company that is not Orchid.Events is unauthorized and should be ignored. Do not give them your credit card information.

Sponsorships Now Available

HITEC Dallas online Sponsorship Gallery and purchase portal is now live! Extend your company’s visibility throughout the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and drive traffic to your booth. View the full HITEC Dallas Sponsorship and Marketing Prospectus and share with your colleagues. Sponsorships can be purchased directly online through the sponsorship gallery. 

Exhibitor Guide

Exhibiting staff must review all contents in the Exhibitor Guide and Exhibitor FAQs prior

to beginning their planning for HITEC Dallas. The exhibitor guide contains critical information pertaining to display guidelines, show regulations, and planning requirements.

Exhibitor Speaking Opportunities & Meeting Space Rentals

Exhibitors in good standing with HFTP are now able to purchase speaking opportunities

and meeting room rentals for HITEC Dallas. See the list of opportunities on page 7 of

the Exhibitor Prospectus. All opportunities require payment and form submission to

be confirmed. Contact sales@hftp.org to purchase.

April 1 – Housing reservation site opens

May 10– GES Exhibitor Service Manual distributed

June 18 – Full payment due for all booth rentals

July 12 – Booth Design & Activity Approval Forms due to HFTP

July 16 – Presentation and meeting space rental forms due to HFTP

August 2 – Exhibitor Registration Opens

August 16 – 6-Week Pre-Show Attendee list distributed

September 6 – 3-Week Pre-Show Attendee list distributed
