Lifeskills and Strategies for Adults with ADHD
The Chesapeake Center for ADHD has developed an 8-session program designed to help adults with ADHD improve their executive functioning skills. Sessions will be 60-minutes, merging a psychoeducational component with group processing to help tailor the group to meet your specific needs and goals. The topics will address:
This program is for adults with ADHD (out of college). Participants will walk away with a greater understanding of ADHD and practical solutions to implement in their everyday lives!
Sessions are $125 per 60 minutes, coded as group therapy (90853) if you are submitting to your insurance for out of network reimbursement.
Group will meet on Tuesdays from 12:30 - 1:30 PM starting Tuesday, March 30th via ZOOM. Facilitated by The Chesapeake Center's Founder and Clinical Director, Dr. Kathleen Nadeau.
