The Chesapeake Center for ADHD has developed an 8-session program designed to help adults with ADHD improve their executive functioning skills. Sessions will be 90-minutes, with the first 45-minutes dedicated to teaching and explaining strategies. The latter half of the session will focus on application and implementation of skills and strategies in your life. The topics will address:
This program is for adults with ADHD (out of college). Participants will walk away with a greater understanding of ADHD and practical solutions to implement in their everyday lives!
Sessions are $125 per 90 minutes, coded as group therapy (90853) if you are submitting to your insurance for out of network reimbursement.
Group will meet on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8:00 PM starting Tuesday, October 6th via ZOOM. Facilitated by Dr. Robert Chase, psychologist and neuropsychologist at The Chesapeake Center for ADHD, Learning and Behavioral Health.
