1. Does everyone in my organization need to register?
   Only one person in your organization needs to register to access Rule Designer in your instance. Preferably, this person would be a system administrator.
    
2. What is a hostname URL?
   This is the URL used to log into your OpenClinica Community instance.
   For example: http://sample.ip.org/OpenClinica
   
   Your OpenClinica instance must be accessible from the public Internet at the URL you supplied. That means when you click on the URL from somewhere outside your local network, you should be directed to your OpenClinica Community login page. The URL also should not change.
   
   If your OpenClinica URL is not reachable from the public Internet, you will not be able to use the hosted Rule Designer.
    
3. What support is provided?
   After you complete the form and have been notified your connection is active, Rule Designer should just start working. If you're experiencing any issues, please post your questions on the OpenClinica Community forum: http://forums.openclinica.com/categories/rule-designer and we will try to help you resolve your issue. Unfortunately we are unable to respond directly to emails or phone inquiries on this topic.
