For the past 20 years Karen has worked in many roles in the field of taxation. She currently leads work on the Individuals client experience and is the Tax Time Spokesperson. In her time with the ATO, she has worked in a number of areas, including Enterprise Strategy and Design, Policy Analysis and Legislation, Superannuation, Parliamentary Services, and currently leads work on the Individuals client experience and is the Tax Time Spokesperson.
