TIME SAVING… FRIEND OR FOE
Perhaps the greatest benefit of negotiating via email is the time it saves. The scheduling pressures of senior executives, or coordinating multiple parties in various time zones, often means meeting face-to-face, video conferencing or even arranging a voice call simply isn’t realistic.
But does email really deliver on the time savings it promises?
