What do you like best about Terryberry?
The customer service at Terryberry is top-notch. I know that I can receive feedback at least within 24 hours, but typically it’s even within the hour. In addition, we’ve had some issues that came up with employees (DVD player broken or they lost their packet) and Dan and Ann were great to work with in getting either the product replaced or getting me the necessary information for that staff member to order their gift. I also appreciate the ease with employees ordering gifts. I submit a number of packets for the year and hand them out to employees, but other than that the administration is very minimal. It makes it so the company doesn’t have to do much and Terryberry takes on all the labor.
