Join us for a full day of collaborative discussion on the analysis applications for SMRT® Sequencing. Hear from your peers how they are approaching a variety of challenges when developing data mining tools for PacBio® SMRT Sequencing technology.
SMRT Informatics Developers Conference is aiming to advance development of analytical tools for PacBio data.

The event will enable in-person brainstorming and idea exchange among software developers and the bioinformatics community. Through facilitation of open discussion and collaboration, the event will nurture advancements of new and existing open source tools for de novo assembly, structural variations, methylation and Iso-Seq™ analysis.
