NEW  Pride of America's Return to Maui
Pride of America officially returned to Maui during her last voyage on Sunday, September 3, 2023, with the guidance and encouragement of the Maui Community. Find more details in the press release and encourage your travel partners to promote Hawaii sailings to their clients.  

NEW  Group Recall List
There is a list of sailings, linked here, where an early group recall is necessary. Please note that speculative groups will be cleared up by the end of the day on Friday, September 1, 2023. The deadline for CE, UK, INTL, Affinity, Tour Operators, and Protected Partners is Friday, September 8, 2023.

NEW  Additional Pre-sell Spa Availability
Pre-sell Spa Service allows guests to book spa services up to three days prior to sailing. After the pre-purchase cut-off, guests may purchase spa service onboard, dependent on availability. All prices are standard both onboard and pre-sell. For more details, go to NCL Help's external "Onboard Spa Service" article. NEW  Deployment of Additional Questions on New Agency Page
On August 31, 2023, the Sales Operations team added additional questions to the New Agency Page on Norwegian Central to filter out those agencies that go directly to their headquarters for setup. To find out more information about this update, including a visual overview of the changes, reference this email.

NEW  Pre-Cruise Hotel Welcome Letter Norwegian Pearl Sailings 
On Wednesday, communications, linked here, were sent to travel partners that have clients booked on Norwegian Pearl's September 8 and 22, 2023, sailings. Due to commercial flight availability into Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB), select guests will be scheduled to arrive in Montreal-Pierre Elliot Trudeau (YUL) the day prior to their sailing. As such, NCL has arranged a complimentary hotel room for these impacted guests. Please note that only guests booked on flights arriving the day prior to embarkation will receive this communication and a complimentary hotel. Please visit NCL Help's "Itinerary Changes" article and click on the link for the respective ship to find copies of the letters provided. 

NEW  Norwegian Spirit Pre-Cruise Hotel Information
On Friday, September 1, 2023, this communication was sent to travel partners with guests booked on Norwegian Spirit's October 22, 2023, sailing. Due to limited commercial flight availability into Papeete, Tahiti, we have arranged a charter flight from Los Angeles, California, on October 22, 2023. To ensure guests have sufficient time to board the charter flight, their connecting flight will be arriving in Los Angeles, California, on October 21, 2023, and we have arranged a complimentary hotel room for those impacted. Please note that only clients booked on this charter flight will receive this communication and a complimentary hotel. NEW  Norwegian Sun Displacements
Due to fleet redeployment, Norwegian Sun's sailings on January 4, 17, and 21, 2025, will be displaced. Communications to travel partners with guests impacted will be sent out today, Tuesday, September 5, 2023, and reservations are scheduled to be canceled and refunded starting September 7, 2023. Here you can find a spreadsheet, complete with the three affected agencies, agents, clients, and sales manager, along with alternate sailings as a guide to get your travel partner's clients rebooked. Please note that this information is not for sharing broadly, but to allow you to advise any impacted agencies you may have accordingly.   

NEW  California Resident Promotion for Pride of America
Until October 28, 2023, California residents can sail at a reduced rate on select Pride of America sailings, listed below. This offer is available to book from September 1, 2023, through October 28, 2023. For more details, go to NCL Help's external "Special Residents Promotion for Pride of America" article. NEW  Hawaii Sailings In Need of Support
To support NCL's responsible return to Maui, please encourage your travel partners to book their clients on upcoming Hawai'i itineraries. For assets they can use to promote, please point travel partners to download the Hawai'i and South Pacific Destination Guide here in Marketing Headquarters.

NEW  Open For Sale: Norwegian Jade and Joy
The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Jade and Joy. Please find the sailing information for Norwegian Jade here and the information for Norwegian Joy here. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2024, and later. Spec groups are available to take out for all 2023 sailings. Please do not send requests to the Group Bookings Request team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE.
