NEW  Introducing Taipei Taiwan Cruisetour 
On August 22, 2023, we announced the introduction of the new Cruisetour for Taipei Taiwan. A 4-day, 3-night pre-cruise-only land program departing from Keelung, Taiwan. Learn more on NCL Help's external "Wonderful Taipei Pre Cruisetour" article. This cruisetour is currently only available for Norwegian Spirit's September 22, 2024, and March 2, 2025, sailings. For speaking points to support this Cruisetour, reference the new slides within this Cruisetour presentation. 

NEW  BookSafe Travel Protection Pricing Removed from Web
The pricing grid for BookSafe Standard and Platinum travel protection plans is no longer available on ncl.com. If you need to reference the pricing for a travel partner, refer to the reservation directly. This information is also now viewable in NCL Help's external "BookSafe and Essentials Travel Protection" article.  

NEW  Affinity Group Double Name Change Policy Updated
The Affinity Groups Program has been updated to allow any travel advisor to open an affinity group if they put money on it, with the option to make a double name change outside of final payment. For more information, reference NCL Help's "Affinity Groups" article. 

NEW  Additional Pre-sell Spa Availability
Pre-sell Spa Service allows guests to book spa services up to three days prior to sailing. After the pre-purchase cut-off, guests may purchase spa service onboard, dependent on availability. All prices are standard both onboard and pre-sell. For more details, go to NCL Help's external "Onboard Spa Service" article. The following additional sailings are now available for pre-sell spa inventory:
 


 

REMINDER  Ground Transfer Procedures
As a reminder, cruise-only guests wishing to purchase transfers to and from the airport and ship MUST provide their independent flight information. Flight times must be within the recommended flight and arrival and departure times listed in NCL Help's "Ground Transfers Procedures" article. Please note that the airport code T1 should only be used when the guest will be in the embarkation port or city prior to the day of sailing and is wanting to purchase a transfer from the airport to the ship. Ground transfers can be added during Online Check-In, as well as at least 4 days from the sailing date. 

REMINDER  Guest Services Holiday Hours
In observance of Labor Day in the United States, the Guest Services department will close early on Monday, September 4, 2023, by 6 pm ET.

NEW  Travel Partner Reduced Rate Enhancements
NCLU's Reduced Rate program has been enhanced to offer travel partners more opportunities to experience a Norwegian cruise. With unlimited sailing dates, ship options, and the new ability to combine this deal with CruiseFirst and CruiseNext, this deal now offers travel partners the opportunity to book ANY NCL cruise at a reduced rate. REMINDER  Lowered NCFs for Select Canada and New England Sailings
NCL has lowered NCFs on select Canada and New England sailings, referenced in the Canada at Par update below. A Partners First email, linked here, was sent on August 8, 2023, to support this offer.

REMINDER  CAD Discount on Select Sailings 
The current Canada at Par offer has been updated to include sailings aboard Norwegian Sky, Pearl, and Joy. As a reminder this offer allows Canadian clients to book the sailings specified below with no exchange rates, meaning they can save almost 30% off of their voyage fare. For awareness, a Partners First email, linked here, was sent to travel partners with clients impacted by Norwegian Joy's October 19, 2024 sailing cancelation. This email will remind travel partners that their client's 10% FCC discount coupon is now available for use as of Monday, August 28, 2023.
