NEW  Specialty Dining Pricing Updated
Effective July 7, 2023, Free at Sea's specialty dining retail price increased. Reservations with an effective date of July 7, 2023, or after, will be charged the new gratuity amount. Updated terms are listed below. The Free at Sea promotion and the Specialty Dining Package articles are updated in NCL Help's external "Free at Sea Promotion / Take All 5 Free" article.

NEW  Norwegian Jewel Delayed Embarkation
Yesterday, July 9, 2023, the below text was sent to all guests and travel partners booked on Norwegian Jewel's July 10, 2023, sailing.

"UPDATE - Important information from Norwegian Cruise Line: As a result of a medical evacuation onboard Norwegian Jewel's current sailing, embarkation for Norwegian Jewel's 7.10.23 sailing will be delayed by over 3 hours. Therefore, embarkation for your cruise will now begin at 1:00 pm. In order to ensure a smooth embarkation process, we kindly ask that you do not arrive to the terminal prior to 1:00 pm."

Due to select dining times being oversold on the below dates and venues, select dining reservations are canceled. REMINDER  Account Engagement Storage Maintenance Reminder
In order to maintain file storage in Salesforce's Account Engagement, regular storage cleanups have begun. Please review files you have previously uploaded to Account Engagement and move any out-of-date or unwanted items to the "Items than be Deleted" folder, located within NCL -> NCL Business Development -> BDMs. Please make sure you are following the steps outlined in the Account Engagement File Guide to assist you in your file management process.

NEW Open For Sale: Norwegian Epic
The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Epic. Please find the sailing information here. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2024, and later. Spec groups are available to take out for all 2023 sailings. Please do not send requests to the Group Bookings Request team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE.

UPDATED Sailing Changes
In case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Important to note that Norwegian Gem, Spirit, and Jewel have multiple itinerary changes. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.

Future Cruise Credits
FCCs have been extended through June 30, 2023. The discount FCCs (the additional % off a future sailing) that were set to expire on December 31, 2022, will expire on that date. The coupons that were extended reflect the new date in the reservation system. Travel partners can download their list of clients with available FCCS here and watch a how-to video here.
