NEW 
Luis Fonsi Announced as Norwegian Viva Godparent
On Friday, June 23, 2023, we announced the godparent of Norwegian Viva, Luis Fonsi. Please see the press release to find more information regarding the announcement. This video has been published on the Partners First Facebook page and an email announcement was sent to travel agents. If you would like to reuse the images in your personalized sales manager communication, the names of the images are listed in the "Communications" section below. As a reminder, the Pardot (Account Engagement) File Guide, also located in the "Resources" section below, provides instructions for locating existing files.
NEW Registration Page for Norwegian Viva Inaugural Live
The Viva Campaign functionality is now live in Salesforce. The deadline for adding attendees to the inaugural campaign is tomorrow, June 27, 2023, at 5 pm ET. After this time, no additions or changes will be accepted. If you need to edit/remove anyone prior to this deadline, please reach out to Harrison Poutre or Nicolas Cueller. To add your travel partners to the invite list for Events, please find a bulleted list of step-by-step instructions below.
- Navigate to the correct contact in Salesforce and ensure that the agency and contact information for your travel partner is correct.
- In the right corner of the page, select "Yes" within the dialog box that states, "Would you like to add [Contact Name] to the Campaign VIVA - Invitees 2023?".
- Within the "Club Level" dropdown menu, please select "President's Club Level" if applicable. If the recipient is not in Presidents Club, select "None."
- Once complete, you will receive a confirmation message that your agent was added to the invite list.
NEW Norwegian Breakaway SIX and Burn the Floor Performance Changes

NEW Norwegian Escape Choir of Man Performance Date Change
On Friday, June 23, 2023, communications, linked here, were sent to all guests and travel partners with reservations for Choir of Man on June 30, 2023, on Norwegian Escape's June 25, 2023, sailing. Due to operational requirements, the performance date for Choir of Man has been changed from June 30, 2023, to July 1, 2023. As such, all guests and travel partners booked for June 30, 2023, at 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm ET, will be moved to July 1, 2023, at 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm ET. NEW Full Legal Names Email Issue
In preparation for the Seaware Production environment migration to AWS, an error occurred that caused the automatic FULL LEGAL NAMES REQUIRED emails to incorrectly include "zzz" in the guest names. For awareness, the process has now been paused. If you receive a call or chat from a travel partner, please inform them that the email was sent in error and advise them to confirm the full guest names.
NEW Norwegian Viva Childcare Programming
For awareness, Norwegian Viva's Childcare Programming has been adjusted. Guppies drop-off will not be available. The full Splash Academy program for the VIVA launch will be reinstated through the Caribbean and re-evaluated next year. Family programming and Entourage programming will remain available.

NEW Reactive Statement: Entertainment (Shared June 22)
| "We are committed to providing the best vacation at sea and delivering experiences that our guests enjoy. As part of our regular business operations and an ongoing effort to refine the guest experience, we are constantly evaluating our shipboard and shorside offerings, including onboard entertainment. Recently, we have been in the process of reviewing our current entertainment options and have made the decision to discontinue select productions, as we work to develop new offerings for guests to enjoy during their cruise vacation. Sailing ChangesIn case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Important to note that Norwegian Gem, Spirit, and Jewel have multiple itinerary changes. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.

REMINDER
Norwegian Spirit and Sun CancelationsAs a result of fleet redeployment, select sailings aboard Norwegian Spirit and Norwegian Sun during 2024 and 2025 have been canceled. Reference the chart below for details regarding specific compensations for each of the sailings, as well as suggested alternative itineraries. Here you can find a spreadsheet of the affected itineraries, sorted by Sales Manager. You can reference communications sent to guests here, and note that each sailing has important differences, such as the coupons issued. Please note that the 20% coupon is not combinable with the 10% coupon and coupon codes will be available on June 23, 2023.
