NEW 
Norwegian Viva Vibe Beach Club Pre-booking
Effective June 15, 2023, guests can pre-book full cruise-length passes for Vibe Beach Club access on Norwegian Viva. Pre-booking is handled via Onboard Activities, within the Entertainment tab of Seaweb for applicable ships and sail dates. Vibe Beach Club Cruise Pass pre-booking is currently available for Norwegian Viva sailings from August 2023 to December 2024, excluding charter and inaugural sailings. NEW Norwegian Star Charter Flight Delay
On June 14, 2023, this communication was sent to select guests booked on Norwegian Star's May 31, 2023 sailing who experienced unexpected delays boarding their charter flight in Tromso, Norway on June 12, 2023, which resulted in missing their connecting flight in Dublin, Ireland. As a genuine acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, in addition to providing complimentary hotel accommodation, NCL arranged to cover all lunch and dinner expenses incurred on June 12, 2023. For reimbursement from NCL based on the above, please direct travel partners with guests on the specified sailing to direct their clients to submit all eligible receipts for review to Guest Experience at https://www.ncl.com/case-submission within 6 months from the voyage end date. All cases submitted after December 13, 2023, will be denied. Please visit NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" article and click the link for the respective ship to find a copy of the letters provided.
NEW Pride of American Dining Availability
Today, this communication is being provided to all guests and travel partners booked on Pride of America's sailings on June 24, 2023, and July 1, 2023, regarding dining availability onboard. Please visit NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" article and click the link for the respective ship to find a copy of the letter provided.
REMINDER Air Program Update
Effective June 1, 2023, the terms and conditions for AIRPROM3 eligibility have changed. If a guest or travel partner secured their reservation prior to June 1, 2023, and find themselves within 110-75 day prior to sailing, we are unable to add Air to the reservation and no exceptions can be made. For additional information, please visit NCL Help's internal "Air Program Guidelines" article. All reservations, regardless of the effective date, MUST have Air added onto the reservation more than 110 days prior to sailing.
Important to note:
- Solo traveling guests will receive 50% off NCL's promotional airfare pricing each way.
- Deviations, Cruisetours, and Land Packages (Hotels) must be added to the reservation no later than 75 days prior to embarkation if flights are booked through NCL.
REMINDER Shopping Cart Enhancement on NCL.com
Effective June 6, 2023, an update is now live on NCL.com's shopping cart. In an effort to decrease reservations canceled by the Auto Cancelation process, the enhancement now alerts guests that the payment must be collected immediately upon adding vacation add-ons to avoid the auto cancelation of the reservation. For a list of items that do not trigger an autocancel, refer travel partners to NCL Help's External "Auto-Cancel Process" article.

Norwegian Spirit and Sun CancelationsAs a result of fleet redeployment, select sailings aboard Norwegian Spirit and Norwegian Sun during 2024 and 2025 have been canceled. Reference the chart below for details regarding specific compensations for each of the sailings, as well as suggested alternative itineraries. Here you can find a spreadsheet of the affected itineraries, sorted by Sales Manager. You can reference communications sent to guests here, and note that each sailing has important differences, such as the coupons issued. Please note that the 20% coupon is not combinable with the 10% coupon and coupon codes will be available on June 23, 2023. Please note that this information is not for sharing broadly, but to allow you to advise your agencies accordingly.
