NEW  Shopping Cart Enhancement on NCL.com
Effective June 6, 2023, an update is now live on NCL.com's shopping cart. In an effort to decrease reservations canceled by the Auto Cancelation process, the enhancement now alerts guests that the payment must be collected immediately upon adding vacation add-ons to avoid the auto cancelation of the reservation. For a list of items that do not trigger an autocancel, refer travel partners to NCL Help's External "Auto-Cancel Process" article. 

NEW  Pride of America Dining Availability 
A communication, linked here, was sent to all guests and travel partners booked on Pride of America's sailings on June 10, and June 17, 2023, regarding dining availability onboard. Please visit NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page and click the link for the respective ship to find a copy of the letter provided. 

NEW  Norwegian Star Charter Flight Information
Due to limited commercial flight availability to and from Tromso, Norway, identified guests and travel partners, who have flights booked through NCL for Norwegian Star's June 12, 2023, sailing, will be receiving this communication. It contains check-in instructions for their exclusive charter flight from Dublin, Ireland to Tromso, Norway. Please note the below:

  • All affected guests will be notified directly via the email we have on file. 
  • Air may include a combination of charter and commercial flights. 
  • NCL representatives will be available in Dublin to facilitate check-in for the sailing. 


NEW  Air Program Update 
Effective June 1, 2023, the terms and conditions for AIRPROM3 eligibility have changed. If a guest or travel partner secured their reservation prior to June 1, 2023, and find themselves within 110-75 day prior to sailing, we are unable to add Air to the reservation and no exceptions can be made. For additional information, please visit NCL Help's internal "Air Program Guidelines" article. All reservations, regardless of the effective date, MUST have Air added onto the reservation more than 110 days prior to sailing. 

Important to note:

  • Solo traveling guests will receive 50% off NCL's promotional airfare pricing each way. 
  • Deviations, Cruisetours, and Land Packages (Hotels) must be added to the reservation no later than 75 days prior to embarkation if flights are booked through NCL. 


REMINDER  July Health and Safety Requirements
On June 1, 2023, this communication was sent to all guests and travel partners with active BK reservations for all sailings from July 1, 2023, through and including July 31, 2023. This communication has important information regarding our updated Health and Safety protocols and travel requirements for the destinations they will be visiting. Please refer travel partners to www.ncl.com/sail-safe and www.ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country for the most up-to-date protocols and requirements. Visit NCL Help's "Itinerary Changes" article and click the link for the respective ship to find a copy of the letter provided.

REMINDER  Enhancement to Online Check-In Photo Upload Process Reminder
Effective May 31, 2023, the Online Check-In Process (OCI) has been enhanced. Once a guest has reached step seven during OCI, they are required to upload a security photo. If a guest encounters an issue after two failed attempts to upload a photo, the guest will receive the following message:
 

  "The photo you uploaded could not be validated by our system. As such, your photo will be taken upon your check-in at the port on embarkation day. You may proceed with completing your online check-in."  

The guest will then continue through the OCI process and will be able to access e-docs once the remaining OCI steps have been completed. Upon arrival to the port on the day of embarkation, their picture will be taken while completing the check-in process at the port. June's Picks of The Month are now available here. June's cruises with the best deals include itineraries to Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, and more. These sailings can also be found on Norwegian Central's packaged Sales Pal, found in the PROMOTE column of the homepage. 

REMINDER  Residents Rate for California and Hawaii Residents
There is a limited-time special savings offer for California and Hawaii residents on select sailings aboard Pride of America. This offer is available to book from May 30, 2023, through July 29, 2023. Find discount details and available sailing dates below. 
 
 

REMINDER  CAD Discount on Select Sailings
Effective May 18, 2023, there is a new discount off of the voyage fare, including NCFs, for select 14-night 2023 sailings aboard Norwegian Jewel and Norwegian Spirit, booked in Canadian Currency (CAD) for Canadian travel partners and direct guests. NEW  Cancelations: Norwegian Epic
Communications, linked here, were sent to all guests and travel partners booked on Norwegian Epic's April 15, April 26, and May 5, 2025 sailings. As part of our commitment to continuously offer extraordinary vacation experiences around the world for our guests, and to uphold a consistent world-class product across our fleet, Norwegian Epic will be undergoing revitalization in 2025. In order to complete these enhancements, the specified sailings on Norwegian Epic have been canceled.
  • A full monetary refund of the fare paid will be automatically returned to the form of payment provided at the time of the reservation and can be seen by guests seven to 10 days from the processed date (within 30 business days). The visibility of the funds is dependent on each financial institution's internal policies.
  • For those with reservations paid via a previously issued Future Cruise Credit (FCC), 100% of the FCC used will be automatically re-applied to the guest's Latitudes account within 10 days of the cancelation date.  
  • In addition, beginning today, June 12, 2023, all guests will also receive a 10% discount in the form of an FCC for a future voyage. This credit may be used and applied towards any of our published sailings through December 31, 2025. 

NEW  Open For Sale: Norwegian Pearl
The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Pearl. Please find the sailing information here in Sharepoint. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2024, and later. Spec groups are available to take out for all 2023 sailings. Please do not send requests to the Group Bookings Requests team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE.

UPDATED  Sailing Changes
In case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Important to note that Norwegian Gem, Spirit, and Jewel have multiple itinerary changes. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.

REMINDER  Norwegian Epic Spring 2025 Displacements
Due to Dry Docking, Norwegian Epic's April 4, April 26, and May 5, 2025 sailing dates have been displaced. Guest communications were sent out on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, and reservations are scheduled to be canceled and refunded starting June 7, 2023. Here you can find a spreadsheet, complete with district codes, broken out by sailing per tab with the affected Agency, Client, and Sales Manager, along with the alternate, similar, sailings as a guide to get our guests booked. Please note that this information is not for sharing broadly, but to allow you to advise your agencies accordingly. 

Guests will be provided with a full refund and the following coupon:

    • Book and sail by December 31, 2024
    • Sail and book by: June 12, 2023 - December 31, 2025

FCCs have been extended through June 30, 2023. The discount FCCs (the additional % off a future sailing) that were set to expire on December 31, 2022, will expire on that date.
