Due to Los Lobos being held for a private event throughout the entirety of its August 6, 2023, sailing, this communication was sent to all guests and travel partners booked on Norwegian Prima's August 6, 2023, sailing. Reservations will not be available for this dining venue and booked reservations with Los Lobos will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

NEW Reactive Statement: Norwegian Epic Displacement (Shared May 30)

"We are committed to providing exceptional vacation experiences, both aboard our ships and by taking our guests to some of the most sought-out destinations around the world. Due to the growing guest demand for Caribbean sailings this winter, Norwegian Epic will be redeployed to Port Canaveral, Fla. to offer a mix of seven-day Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries beginning Dec. 17, 2023. As a result, the ship's Europe sailings from Dec. 1, 2023 though and including April 9, 2024, have been canceled. All guests booked on these sailins will recieve an automatic full refund returned to the form of payment provided at the time of reservation as well as a bonus Future Cruise Credit Certificiate valid for a future cruise. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this distruption may cause, and we appreciate the understanding of our loyal guest ad travel agent partners.

Reduced Deposits

Future Cruise Credits
FCCs have been extended through June 30, 2023. The discount FCCs (the additional % off a future sailing) that were set to expire on December 31, 2022, will expire on that date.
