NEW Norwegian Prima Dining Availability
Due to Los Lobos being held for a private event throughout the entirety of its August 6, 2023, sailing, this communication was sent to all guests and travel partners booked on Norwegian Prima's August 6, 2023, sailing. Reservations will not be available for this dining venue and booked reservations with Los Lobos will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
NEW Visa Requirements for Passport Holders Traveling to Brazil
A communication, linked here was sent to all guests booked on Norwegian Star's sailings on November 24, 2023, December 12, 2023, March 13, 2024, and April 10, 2024. Passport holders from certain countries are required to obtain a visa to travel on any cruise that sails from or calls to a Brazilian port. Failure to present the required visa documentation at the time of embarkation will result in denial of boarding. You can visit NCL VisaCentral for more information. Please note that this communication is also being set up to be sent to all reservations for these sailings as they move to BK status.
NEW Norwegian Star Delayed Flight Confirmation
Due to limited commercial flight availability to and from Tromso, Norway, identified guests and travel partners who have flights booked through NCL for Norwegian Star's May 31, 2023, and/or June 12, 2023 sailings, will be receiving this communication. Flight itinerary confirmation will be delivered to affected guests no later than May 24, 2023.
NEW Norwegian Joy Elements Performance Date Change
Communications, linked here, were sent to all guests with reservations for Elements on May 25, 2023, at 7 pm and 9:30 pm aboard Norwegian Joy's May 21, 2023 sailing. Due to operational requirements, the performance date for Elements has been changed from May 25, 2023, to May 27, 2023. As such, all guest reservations booked on May 25, 2023, will be moved to May 27, 2023, at their respective show times. Please visit NCL Help's "Itinerary Changes" article and click the link for the respective ship to find copies of the letters provided.

We are aware of the inquiries coming in regarding UK beverage policies. We will share more information as it becomes available. Please stay tuned.
UPDATED Affinity Group Cabin Limit
As a reminder, an affinity group consists of five to 199 staterooms. Groups consisting of 200 or more staterooms follow different policies and require additional approval for travel advisors to book. Please ensure your travel partners are aware that they must seek approval from their sales manager when booking affinity groups of 200 or more.

Pricing Journey Update on NCL.comFor awareness, the Digital Experience team recently updated the pricing journey on ncl.com for US consumers visiting the site on a desktop computer, which drove up booking conversions significantly. Government taxes, fees, and port expenses are not included until the checkout process. It is important to note that whether a guest books with a travel advisor, or on ncl.com, they will still pay all owed service fees, gratuities, government fees, and taxes. If you receive questions from travel advisors, please reference the verbiage that was included in yesterday's May 14, 2023, Weekly Wave (found below) and review the items listed below.

REMINDER Employee LinkedIn Profiles
The Norwegian Cruise Line LinkedIn page has recently been launched. Please update your LinkedIn profile to include the new page using the steps listed below.
- Go to LinkedIn.com and log in.
- Click your name in the top left (to view your own profile)
- Scroll down to the "Experience" section and hit edit (pencil icon)
- Where you see your TITLE and role and "Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, LTD" hit the pencil
- Under "Company Name" delete "Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, LTD" and type Norwegian Cruise Line, then select the company page that looks like this:

Open For Sale: Norwegian Jewel and Spirit The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Jewel and Norwegian Spirit. Please find the sailing information here in Sharepoint. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2023, and later. Please do not send requests to the Group Bookings Requests team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE.

Sailing ChangesIn case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Important to note that Norwegian Gem, Spirit, and Jewel have multiple itinerary changes. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.
