NEW Pricing Journey Update on NCL.com
For awareness, the Digital Experience team recently updated the pricing journey on ncl.com for US consumers visiting the site on a desktop computer, which drove up booking conversions significantly. Government taxes, fees, and port expenses are not included until the checkout process. It is important to note that whether a guest books with a travel advisor, or on ncl.com, they will still pay all owed service fees, gratuities, government fees, and taxes. If you receive questions from travel advisors, please reference the verbiage that was included in yesterday's May 14, 2023, Weekly Wave (found below) and review the items listed below.

NEW Introducing Reykjavik, Golden Circle, Lava Tunnel, and Sky Lagoon Cruisetour
On May 9, 2023, we announced the introduction of our new Reykjavik, Golden Circle, Lava Tunnel, and Sky Lagoon cruisetour for 2024. It includes a four-day and three-night pre-cruise-only land program, departing from Reykjavik, Iceland. NEW Thermal Suite Pass Pre-booking Update
Pre-booking for the Mandara Spa Thermal Suite is now available for all applicable ships and sailings up to December 31, 2023. We will notify you once additional sailings are available for pre-booking. For more information, please visit NCL Help's external "Mandara Spa" article.
NEW Employee LinkedIn Profiles
The Norwegian Cruise Line LinkedIn page has recently been launched. Please update your LinkedIn profile to include the new page using the steps listed below.
- Go to LinkedIn.com and log in.
- Click your name in the top left (to view your own profile)
- Scroll down to the "Experience" section and hit edit (pencil icon)
- Where you see your TITLE and role and "Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, LTD" hit the pencil
- Under "Company Name" delete "Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, LTD" and type Norwegian Cruise Line, then select the company page that looks like this:
NEW Visa Requirements for Restricted Nationalities to Go Ashore in Greenland
A communication, linked here, was sent to all guests booked on Norwegian Star's sailing on June 23, 2023, and July 13, 2023. The communication contains important information regarding Greenland's passport and visa requirements. Please note this is separate from the required Schengen visa for select restricted nationalities to enter Iceland; a Schengen visa will not be sufficient to go ashore in Greenland. All guests should be guided to visit NCLVisaCentral for visa application details. Please visit this page to learn more about the required travel document guidance and NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page to find a copy of the letter provided.
NEW Mandatory Secondary Agencies
Partners will now be required to enter their secondary phone number on the "Agency" tab and will receive a hard validation that says "Required Secondary Agency-Res 1300" if it is not entered (pictured below).

NEW Post Cruise Photography Website
Effective June 1, 2023, our post-cruise photography website, https://www.nclphotos.com, will no longer be available. Guests will no longer be able to access photographs post-cruise and must purchase any photographs taken onboard prior to disembarkation. NCL Help's "Photo Gallery" article has been updated to reflect changes.
NEW Affinity Group Cabin Limit
As a reminder, an affinity group consists of five to 199 staterooms. Groups consisting of 200 or more staterooms follow different policies and require additional approval for travel advisors to book. Please ensure your travel partners are aware that they must seek approval from their sales manager when booking affinity groups of 200 or more.

Flower Amenity Discontinuation
Please note that flower amenity orders have been discontinued until further notice. Guests and travel partners are unable to place any new amenity orders for their flowers. Find more details in NCL Help's external "Amenity and Gift Orders" article. Existing flower orders will follow the below:
- Reservations with flower orders, for sailings that begin up to September 10, 2023, will receive their flower amenity order during their sailing.
- Reservations with flower orders, sailing September 11, 2023, and forward, will have the amenity order canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

SAILING UPDATES
NEW
As a result of fleet redeployment, Norwegian Sky's sailings on July 25, 2024, and August 3, 2024, have been canceled. All guests will receive a full monetary refund of the fares paid, automatically returned to the form of payment provided at the time of reservation. Please find the communication provided to guests and travel partners here. Visit NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" article and click the link for the respective ship to find a copy of the letters provided.

The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Breakaway. Please find the sailing information here in Sharepoint. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2023, and later. Please do not send requests to the Group Bookings Requests team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE.

In case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Important to note that Norwegian Gem, Spirit, and Jewel have multiple itinerary changes. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.
