Travel Partner Appreciation Sweepstakes Update
As a reminder, our sweepstakes in honor of Travel Advisor Appreciation Month ends on Tuesday, May 9, at noon. Below is the full list of communications that went out and are still pending in support of this campaign. Please encourage your travel partners to complete the submission form for a chance to win one of the ten sailings to Alaska we are giving away, as outlined in the terms and conditions. For awareness, the winners will be provided, complete with district codes, as soon as they become available after the contest concludes.

| May 10, 2023, at 11 am ET | Segmented Partners First Email will be sent to the contest winners (with a "Congratulations" message and the next steps required for prize redemption) and the remaining contest entrants with a "Thank you" message and a recommendation to take advantage of their reduced rates. |

NEW Thermal Suite Pass Pricing Update
Effective for sailings beginning June 1, 2023, Mandara Spa Thermal Suite pricing for 2023 and 2024 sailings aboard Norwegian Bliss and Norwegian Encore's seven-day Alaska itineraries will be adjusted based on the pricing grid below. There is no price difference if purchased during pre-sell or purchased onboard. Please visit NCL Help's external "Mandara Spa" article for more details.
NEW Passenger Vessel Services Act Violations
The Passenger Vessel Services Act (PVSA), or Jones Act, is the law that regulates and restricts the movement of passengers between two U.S. ports, without stopping at a foreign port of call. Sailings must stop in at least one foreign port of call when sailing between two U.S. destinations, to ensure that the voyage is valid and does not violate the Jones Act. Here you will find a list of sailings taking place in 2023 and 2024, that CANNOT be booked as Back to Back sailings, as doing so will violate the Jones Act. NCL Help's external "Passenger Vessel Services Jones Act" article has been updated to reflect this policy.
NEW Internal Product Guide
As a reminder, please ensure you are always utilizing the most up-to-date Internal Product Guide to identify what is actively available onboard across our entire fleet. Easily identifiable information will include, but is not limited to ship details, dining, entertainment, onboard and top deck activities, accommodations, and more. Please visit NCL Help's external "Fleet Facts Features Product Guide and Cruise Calendar" article for additional information.
NEW Floral Product Discontinuation
For awareness, the option to prepay floral amenities has been discontinued fleetwide, effective immediately. The amenity codes have been deactivated and are no longer available for pre-purchase. We are committed to delivering exceptional vacation experiences from beginning to end, including the ability to pre-purchase floral arrangements before guests board. Due to the global supply chain constraints continuing to impact industries worldwide, we have been unable to source and deliver pre-purchased floral arrangements that meet our standards. As a result, effective for sailings embarking on or after September 11, 2023, we will no longer be able to provide amenities that include floral arrangements. Please stay tuned for more information as we will communicate the latest developments, including impacted reservations and refund details for those who already prepaid, as they become available.
NEW Norwegian Joy Entertainment Pre-booking Availability
Pre-booking entertainment will be unavailable for the Norwegian Joy sailings listed below. As a reminder, if pre-booking entertainment is available, the time frame for pre-booking availability will be determined by stateroom or Latitudes Rewards status tier. NEW Norwegian Joy Embarkation Communication

NEW Norwegian Star Delayed Flight Confirmation
Due to limited commercial flight availability to and from Tromso, Norway, identified travel partners, who have guests with flights booked through NCL for Norwegian Star's May 31, 2023 sailing, will be receiving this communication.
- Guests with Outbound flights scheduled to arrive in Southampton, England on May 31, 2023, will receive flight itinerary details no later than May 5, 2023.
- Guests with Return flights scheduled to depart from Tromso, Norway on June 12, 2023, will receive flight itinerary details no later than May 17, 2023.
NEW Pride Of America Dining Availability
Today, this communication is being provided to all guests and travel partners booked on Pride of America's sailings on May 13, 2023, and May 20, 2023, regarding dining availability onboard. Please visit NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page and click the link for the respective ship to find a copy of the letter provided.

Norwegian Encore Itinerary Change OptionsToday, a communication, linked here, is being provided to all guests and travel partners booked on Norwegian Encore's April 7, 2024, sailing. Due to port congestion expected in San Fransisco, California on April 25, 2024, Norwegian Encore's sailing on April 7, 2024, has been modified from an 18-day itinerary to a 17-day itinerary. All guests must choose if they would like to sail on Norwegian Encore's modified 17-day itinerary at a 10% reduction of the original voyage fare paid, or cancel the current Norwegian Encore reservation and rebook at a later date. Guests who choose to rebook a later sailing date must contact us no later than Monday, May 15, 2023, or they will have their reservations moved to Norwegian Encore's modified 17-day itinerary. Cancelations: Norwegian JoyAs a result of a full ship charter, Norwegian Joy's sailing on January 6, 2024, has been canceled. As a result of revitalization, Norwegian Joy's sailings on February 5, 2024, and February 17, 2024, have been canceled. All guests will receive a full monetary refund of the fares paid, automatically returned to the form of payment provided at the time of reservation. Please find the communication provided to guests and travel partners here for the January 6, 2024 sailing, and here for the February 5, and 16, 2024 sailings. Open For Sale: Norwegian Epic The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Epic. Please find the sailing information here in Sharepoint. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2023, and later. Please do not send requests to the Group Bookings Requests team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE.

Sailing ChangesIn case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Important to note that Norwegian Gem, Spirit, and Jewel have multiple itinerary changes. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.
