NEW  Account Engagement Storage Maintenance 
In order to maintain file storage in Salesforce's Account Engagement, regular storage cleanups will begin moving forward. Please review the files you have previously uploaded to Account Engagement and move any out-of-date or unwanted items to the "Items that can be Deleted" folder, located within NCL -> NCL Business Development -> BDM's. Please make sure you are following the steps outlined in the Account Engagement File Guide to assist you in your file management process. 

NEW  Restrict Access Column via Agent Management Button
Agency administrators can now set up agent access for their agency via the new "Restrict Access" column found when accessing the "Agent Management" button, in the "Connect" column on Norwegian Central's homepage. Agency admins will now be able to update agent access, including BookNCL, Latitudes Look Up, E-docs, Purchase CruiseFirst, CruiseNext, and FCC Reports. As a default, no access is restricted until it is updated under the new "Restrict Access" column. 

NEW  Posh Beach Club Pre-booking Available
Guests can now pre-book full-cruise-length passes for Posh Beach Club, an exclusive adults-only oasis at the top of Norwegian Epic. Pre-booking is handled via Onboard Activities, within the Entertainment tab of Seaweb, and is currently available for all 2023 Norwegian Epic sailings. NEW  Introducing Doha CruiseTour
On April 20, 2023, we announced the introduction of our new Doha Cruisetour for 2023, 2024, and 2025. It includes a four-day and three-night pre-cruise-only land program departing from Doha, Qatar. Learn more in NCL Help's internal "Doha Cruisetour" article.  

NEW  Diaper Package Pricing Increase

NEW  Pride of America Dining Availability
Today, a communication, linked here, is being provided to all guests and travel partners booked on Pride of America's sailings on April 29, and May 6, 2023, regarding dining availability onboard. Please visit NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" article to find a copy of the letter provided.

IMPORTANT REMINDER  Air Policies and Resources
As we head into the busy summer travel season, in order to create the most seamless experiences for yourself and your partners, please take a moment to review the following air policies and resources.

  • Travel With Program
    • Announced on November 1, 2022, the Travel With Guarantee Program for air and sea reservations is no longer available for new and/or existing reservations that have not yet opted into the program. This means that reservations traveling together (booked in separate rooms) will not be guaranteed to travel on the same flight. Please do not add the TWITH promo code to any reservation or take payment for this program. Find details in the external "Travel With" article on NCL Help.
  • Air Service Standards Page
    • The Air Service Standards page has been reorganized into a question-and-answer format to make it more easily digestible for our guests, team members, and travel partners. 
  • Day of Travel Flight Issues
    • As a reminder, if a travel partner's guest is experiencing a light delay and/or cancelation, in which they will not be able to make it to the port on their embarkation date, please reference NCL Help's internal "Flight Assistance While Traveling En Route" article for guidance.

NEW  Sailings in Need of Support
All Europe 2023 sailings are in need of support. Please encourage your travel partners to book clients on the remaining 2023 Europe sailings and emphasize that many still qualify for commission on NCFs (those sailings outside final payment). For assets they can use to promote, please point partners to the Europe Toolkit in Marketing Headquarters.

REMINDER  Personalized Offers
The following is a list of all live personalized offers. For more information, please reference the external "Q1 Direct Mail Offers" and "Q2 Direct Mail Offers" articles on NCL Help. You can also find presentation slides in Presentation Builder here. For awareness, if a travel partner's client receives one of these offers, the travel partner can access and apply it to the reservation via the booking system in the coupons section.

UPDATED  Norwegian Sky Cancelations 
Please note that we are no longer canceling Norwegian Sky's sailings on January 27, 2025, and February 8, 2025. No communications were sent to guests regarding the original cancelation. 

UPDATED  Sailing Changes
In case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's internal "Itinerary Changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. Important to note that Norwegian Gem, Spirit, and Jewel have multiple itinerary changes. Please note that when it comes to cancelations, commissions are protected for reservations that were paid in full, unless noted otherwise.

Book a balcony or above stateroom on any sailing at least 4 months in advance and apply TWO CruiseNext, CruiseNext Haven, or CruiseNext Lite deposits to any stateroom on any sailing in 2023 and forward. Guests must book at least four months before sailing. Military Appreciation Promo Code
The following are the benefits of using the MAP10OFF promo code:

  • It will allow us to manage the combinability of the offer. At the current time, the offer will continue to be combinable with all promotions. 
  • Facilitates reporting of the new program.
  • With adding a promo code, there will also be an indication on the invoice (viewable in Seaware) that the reservation has this 10% discount. This will also reflect on the booking confirmation. 

 

 
 

Latitude Extra Point: LATDBLX
The Latitude Extra Double Points LATDBLX has been extended through May 31, 2023. Two additional points per person, per night, will be given on select 2023 cruises. Latitude Promo Code: LATRIPLE

Reduced Deposits

Future Cruise Credits
FCCs have been extended through June 30, 2023. The discount FCCs (the additional % off a future sailing) that were set to expire on December 31, 2022, will expire on that date. The coupons that were extended reflect the new date in the reservation system. Travel partners can download their list of clients with available FCCS here and watch a how-to video here.
