NEW  NCLH to Offer Starlink High-Speed Internet On Its Ships
On April 6, 2023, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. announced its plan to improve connectivity for guests and crew at sea by offering SpaceX's Starlink high-speed internet on its ships. Review the press release here for more details.

NEW  New Air Service Standards Page
The Air Service Standards Page has been revamped into a Q and A format to make it more easily digestible for our guests, team members, and travel partners. Please note that this will be a living website to give the Air Department flexibility to make changes where needed.

NEW  Norwegian Spirit Pre-Cruise Hospitality Information
Due to limited commercial flight availability to Papeete, Tahiti, select guests and travel partners who have booked flights through NCL for Norwegian Spirit's April 12, 2023 sailing, will be receiving a communication, linked here. As identified guests will be arriving at 5:30 AM, we have arranged for a hospitality lounge to be available at the Tahiti Pearl Resort until it is time to depart to the port for embarkation. Please note that all guests will be notified directly, checked luggage will be transferred directly to the ship upon arrival at the airport, and complimentary breakfast will be available from 6 AM through 11 AM.

NEW  Norwegian Joy Footloose Communication
On April 6, 2023, letters, linked here, were provided to all guests with reservations for Footloose on April 17, 2023, at 8 PM aboard Norwegian Joy's April 15, 2023 sailing. NEW  Pride Of America Dining Availability
Today, a communication, linked here, is being provided to all guests and travel partners booked on Pride of America's April 15 and April 22, 2023, sailings. The letter includes important information regarding dining availability onboard. NEW  Image Usage Reminder
As a friendly reminder, any external communication, social post, or presentation from NCL should ONLY use images and assets within the NCL Image Library. Use of images that we do not have licensing for can and has in the past cost us millions in litigation. Should there be something that you need that you do not see in Image Library, please connect with your respective marketing contact internally, as they can assist in getting you an image.

There is a list of sailings, linked here, where an early group recall is necessary. Please note that speculative groups will be cleaned up by the end of the day, Friday, April 14. The deadline for CE, UK, INTL, Affinity, Tour Operators, and Protected Partners is Friday, April 21, 2023.

Reduced Deposits

Future Cruise Credits
FCCs have been extended through June 30, 2023. The discount FCCs (the additional % off a future sailing) that were set to expire on December 31, 2022, will expire on that date.
