NEW  Shore Excursion Availability
As a reminder, all inventory for shore excursions is available for pre-booking six months prior to sailing as soon as the reservation is in booked (BK) status and as long as shore excursions are available for the ship and sail date. No percentage is held back for onboarding booking. Learn more on NCL Help's internal "Shore Excursion" article. Please note that the Shore Excursion department does NOT book or service Cruisetours or excursions for Cruisetours.

UPDATED  Medical Records Reminder
As a reminder, do not request medical records from any guests or travel partners. Medical records are considered sensitive data and must be handled by the appropriate team to ensure compliance. If a situation requires that medical records be submitted to NCL for any reason, please refer to NCL Help’s internal “Access Desk Department” article to identify the proper channel and procedures to submit. Review the “Types of Needs/Service” section for specific links to each external article. If you have any questions, please contact your immediate supervisor for assistance.

The latest deployments officially open for sale are sailings aboard Norwegian Jewel. Please find the sailing information here in Sharepoint. As a reminder, no new speculative group space is available for sailings leaving January 1, 2023, and later. Please do not send requests to the Group Booking Requests team or try to create new Speculative Group Space in Seaweb ABE.

UPDATED Sailing Changes
In case you missed it, changes have been made to sailings on the ships listed below. Find the notification letters on NCL Help's "itinerary changes" page regarding the respective ship. You can also access this page via the Itinerary Changes button on Norwegian Central's Learn column. IMPORTANT UPDATE Fines for Wrong Fonts

Please be advised that effective March 31, fines will apply if the incorrect fonts are used in market. As a reminder, the correct fonts are Jost, Novo Sans, and Verdana for Account Engagement (email). For awareness, various assets within Marketing Headquarters have been updated to be brand compliant with the new fonts, including flyers, brochures, and social media videos, such as the "Five Reasons to Book a Cruise with a Travel Advisor" video found here. Please delete any previously downloaded versions and replace them with the updated versions.

NEW JM Field Enhancement
Do you need to add a shipping label to assets for an upcoming tradeshow? You can now upload a PDF of your shipping label on the checkout page of the JM Field site, as shown below. Please add a note in the "special instructions" to advise that an attachment was submitted. With this enhancement, you no longer have to email the Trade Marketing inbox.

Military Appreciation Promo Code
The following are the benefits of using the MAP10OFF promo code:

It will allow us to manage the combinability of the offer. At the current time, the offer will continue to be combinable with all promotions.
Facilitates reporting of the new program.
With adding a promo code, there will also be an indication on the invoice (viewable in Seaware) that the reservation has this 10% discount. This will also reflect on the booking confirmation.

Future Cruise Credits
FCCs have been extended through June 30, 2023. The discount FCCs (the additional % off a future sailing) that were set to expire on December 31, 2022, will expire on that date. The coupons that were extended reflect the new date in the reservation system. Travel partners can download their list of clients with available FCCS here and watch a how-to video here.
