DevelopRx links the questions you ask on your surveys to best practices and competency training courses available in the HealthStream Learning Center. There are ten courses provided in each of the following customer experience curricula:
Patient Experience: Courses focus on key behaviors to improve the patient experience including communication, accountability, empathy, and rounding.
Provider Engagement: Courses focus on topics that providers encounter on a daily basis including communication, physician engagement, retention, and empathy.
Employee Engagement: Courses focus on workforce development including communication, goal setting, selection and retention, non-negotiables, and senior leader rounding.
