Sir good p.m. till when to appeal my case, i was caught in the Act sleeping, what crime committed? I was arrested without warrant of arrest. I was acquitted of the crime. July 14,1995 affidavit of srrest. July 14,1995 INFORMATION. July 14,1995 Resolution for sec.9. Aug.4,1995 arraignment for sec.9. Aug.16,1995 Resolution quashing                                            my sec.9. Then 6 months only on trial. Jan.25,1996 Judge Caña convicted     me to Reclusion Perpetua                                            for sec.9. My two private counsels appeal. Then 5 yrs.appealing my case. July 20,2001 Judge Davide,Jr. Acquits me on the basis of                 Bill all Rights. My damages filed in Aug.2001, then until now to appeal, from 2001 to 2024 to appeal my Damages.               How long lasted. Please help me, zero benefit even 1 centavo of my illegal confinement. My case was clearly           DOUBLE JEOPARDY. And clearly politically motivated.          29 yrs.appealing.
