Jan.25,1996 Judge Caña convicted me to Reclusion Perpetua for sec.9. My two private counsels appeal. Then 5 yrs.appealing my case. July 20,2001 Judge Davide,Jr. Acquits me on the basis of Bill all Rights. My damages filed in Aug.2001, then until now to appeal, from 2001 to 2024 to appeal my Damages. How long lasted. Please help me, zero benefit even 1 centavo of my illegal confinement. My case was clearly DOUBLE JEOPARDY. And clearly politically motivated. 29 yrs.appealing.

Another miscarrige of justice. It is shocking to see just how many innocent people lose their lives to a broken criminal justice system, crooked cops and DAs just looking to close cases regardless of outcomes. Please repost to get the word out about this 'miscarriage of justice'. Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and Attorney General Andrew Bailey SHOULD NOT be allowed to execute Marcellus Williams when DNA excludes him as the killer. Free Marcellus NOW!!!!! Justice Delayed is Justice Denied REPOST PLEASE!

It is imperative that we prioritize our efforts to stand by those who have suffered wrongful convictions only to be vindicated by DNA evidence. The lingering query remains: why is the road to justice so lengthy for these individuals who have been wronged? This injustice must be rectified, and we must unite in a collective effort to secure freedom for these individuals. 🙌🙏
