Ending Discrimination

As part of Mental Health Colorado’s efforts to advance policies to promote greater mental well-being, we hope to learn more about individuals’ experiences with discrimination based on their mental health and/or substance use.

If you identify as a person with lived and/or living experience with a mental health condition, and you have also experienced discrimination on that account, please consider filling out the following survey:
https://marketing.mentalhealthcolorado.org/e/972023/3taQIW4/9wcpf/220058064?h=vZPftJyAHVqU9pvjikTqjN3zivGjz9U0LGsb2mV6vmg

You will be able to enter for a chance to win one of three $50 gift cards! This is an anonymous survey, and respondents will not be identified. However, at the end of the survey, there will be an option to provide your contact information for future focus groups and advocacy opportunities. Information from this survey will inform our legislative and policy initiatives in the future.

Access to Housing, Health Care Supports, & Services: Know Your Rights

Are you a Medicaid patient looking for mental health care?

In response to conversations with brainwave members and other people with lived/living experience, we have created two flyers to help Medicaid members learn more about their rights in Colorado. Ending discrimination begins with learning and understanding your rights. Please check out our two “Know Your Rights” flyers (linked below) and please share the flyers with your networks.
