Tod Riedel is responsible for business development and customer engagement activities for Motorola Solutions’ Video Security and Access Control solutions and has extensive experience in helping organizations use advanced technology to solve pressing problems. Prior to Motorola Solutions, Tod led all global strategic partnership and key customer acquisition efforts at a global lighting controls provider. Tod was also Chief Operating Officer for Structural Graphics, a leading provider of technology packaging and COO of MIJA Industries, a fire protection and suppression systems manufacturing firm. Tod was also a co-founder of Millennial Net (wireless sensor networking) and pioneered the use of sensor networks for competitive advantage in organizations throughout the world. Mr. Ivie has extensive experience in the development, creation and successful deployment of telecommunications and energy projects.  Working with a range of clients from investor-owned utilities, CLECs and private enterprise, government agencies, to small cooperative utilities, he has taken projects through the courses of conception to operations, starting with the initial planning and strategic analysis and progressing through implementation and operations.  Mr. Ivie’s background and 25+ years in the communications industry forms the solid foundation from which he is able to analyze, market against and operate the business. Mr. Ivie has extensive project knowledge and experience in all parameters; execution of large scale wired, wireless and energy networks ranging in values from $1million to $100 million for numerous large projects throughout the United States, Canada and Caribbean.

Raymond A. Martinez is currently a Managing Director at V2 Global specializing in public policy, with a focus on law enforcement, special events and production security. He is a critical team member of the V2 Global Law Enforcement Advisory Group.  Prior to joining V2 Global, Raymond served at all levels of the Miami Police Department from police officer to the Assistant Chief of Police. After over 22 years of service, Raymond retired from MPD and accepted a position with the Miami Beach Police Department as Assistant Chief in 2001.  In 2012, Raymond became the Chief of Police at the Miami Beach Police Department.  Since his retirement as Chief of Police in 2014, Raymond served the roles of Vice President and now Executive Director of the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl LIV in 2020. Raymond is also the Chief of Security at ULTRA Music Festival and has served in this capacity since 2014 to present.  Ultra Music Festival is the largest independent Electronic Dance Music Festival in the United States drawing 55,000 people each day for their 3-day event in Miami.  As part of this responsibility, he oversees security for the Ultra Music Festival world-wide platform which has produced events in 6 different continents.  Raymond is an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University School of Hospitality teaching a graduate class on Event Safety and Security. P2Raymond was a Consultant for the College Football Playoffs 2021 National Championship Game and numerous large scale-events. Raymond's 35 years of prominent law enforcement experience in both the City of Miami and Miami Beach includes a background in uniform patrol, operations, training, traffic enforcement, criminal investigations, police administration, budget and labor relations. During his time as a law enforcement officer, he was awarded Unit Citation, the Gold Medal of Heroism, and the Purple Heart for being shot twice in the line of duty. Prior to his many positions of law enforcement, Raymond served in the United States Marine Corps. He was appointed to the Florida’s Violent Crime and Drug Control Council by Governor Rick Scott and received an FBI Secret Clearance where he was eligible for secured briefings and information sharing of confidential content.  P3 Raymond received his Master of Public Administration at Florida International University in 1993 and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies at Barry University in 1990. In 1990, he also completed an Administrative Officers Course at the Southern Police Institute at the University of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky. He furthered his education by participating in Certificate Programs including the Academy for Strategic Management at FIU in 1999, the Federal Bureau of Investigation at the Florida Executive Development Seminar in 2005 and Driving Government Performance at Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government in 2006.

As director of product management at Ubicquia, Joe is responsible for defining the future product roadmap and feature set. He brings over 20 years of experience at Motorola, including leadership roles in engineering, product management and sales. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Miami, and is also a certified law enforcement officer in the State of Florida. Joe is known for his empathy, whether for customers or citizens, and his determination to reach the best feasible solution.
