The event started with a pre conference Training Day. 75 MoveON clients took part in a full day's training on 'The Management of Erasmus + Funding and Mobility Tools' and 'Setting up and Configuring Online Forms'.
On Thursday 16th June several best practice presentations were delivered by clients and the MoveON team, as well as regional user groups and the company roadmap session.
Trainees were invited to attend the pre conference dinner at the Contrapunto Restaurant in the City of Arts and Sciences. A great opportunity for delegates to network, relax and socialise.
The main conference registration provided each delegate with a conference folder, event guide, notepad, page stickers and pen. Delegates could then plan sessions to attend in the days ahead.
The first day finished with the IMPACT Award. An opportunity to recognise the impact of student and staff international mobility and the hard work that goes into making these opportunities exist by the institutions involved.
Friday 17th June started with the Tips & Tricks sessions followed by several workshop sessions aimed at getting the most of the MoveON system. The event ended with a closing session including feedback from clients and MoveON management.
In the evening delegates attended the Dinner & Dance at the stunning beach venue, Las Arenas Hotel. It was a perfect opportunity for QS Unisolution to show appreciation to those involved in the event and IMPACT Award winners. The evening included live music, Spanish food, wine and a DJ. A very enjoyable night was had be one and all.
