Pre-conference training day
The Annual MoveON Conference kicked off with a pre-conference training day on Wednesday 17th June. Providing MoveON 4 users a chance to develop their skills and knowledge of the MoveON platform.
The training sessions were split into skill levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced and language, English, French and German. The day fininshed with a networking dinner at Ping Pong restaraunt where participants enjoyed a dim sum banquet and cocktails.

On Thursday 18th June the MoveON Conference opened with a keynote from Anne Marie Graham, Head of Programme, Outward Student Mobility, UK Higher Education International Unit. Anne Marie gave delegates insight into the current landscape of outward mobiliy in the UK.

MoveON led sessions
The QS Unisolution management team presented on the organisation and the progress made by the Company over the last year, pledging our commitment to continually improve customer service and the MoveON platform.
Clients could choose from a number of MoveON led sessions to give more indepth knowledge of the MoveON platform including, the new form confirgurator, using MoveON with Erasmus+, integration and tips and tricks.
The first day ended with a presentation on the product roadmap, giving clients an idea of what to expect from MoveON in the year ahead.

The Dinner & Dance
The delegation was invited to attend the ICEbar in central London by traditional red double decker buses on the evening of Thursday 18th June. The MoveON community created a real party atmosphere and enjoyed a night of music, dancing, food, an ice luge and cocktails in the iced bar.

The IMPACT Award
We launched a NEW IMPACT Award for 2015. Recognising the impact of international mobility and partnership on the student's academic achievement, cultural awareness and transfer of knowledge in their personal, academic life and employment.
We also awarded the insitutions who work hard to make these opportunities happen.
The winners were announced on Friday 19th June as Pedro Lloret de Muller and the School of Economics and Business, University of Navarra.

Client led sessions
There were 16 client speakers during the course of the event. All sharing best practice and experience in relation to their international practices and MoveON.
Delegates opted to hear presentations on different topics such as, implementation, creating forms and using MoveON for partnership relations and activities outside 'traditional' mobility.
We thank all the clients who participated in this year's event and congratulate Jaqui Wright, Study Abroad Manager, Lancaster University, for being voted the best client presentation.

Many organisations and individuals contribute towards the MoveON Conference. We saw industry experts sharing their knowledge of international mobility. Our gold sponsor IELTS shared insight into their organisation and we heard from a panel of digital experts on communicating with students to help encourage more international mobility from QS Digitial, on Friday 19th June.
