Join our new Facebook groups dedicated solely to training. We will post training articles and tips, daily exercise plans, and you can post messages to other riders, to ask questions and support each other.
Join our TdP Strava group here so that you can log your outdoor or indoor rides and see other TdP riders doing the same! Strava is a great app you can download on your phone to track all of your ride data, record your rides, and even plan your routes ahead of time.
Download our training plan calendars, which start 11 weeks before the ride and show you a suggested workout plan and weekly goals to build up to your 200 mile weekend.
