HR Assistant Interim
About the Job
As a HR Officer you are the first contact for all HR related tasks for all employees, contractors and pay rollers of Transparent. You are Transparent's face regarding HR internal and external. You are responsible for making sure that the HR administration runs smooth, so that all dossiers from the employees are complete and structured and structured. The position is temporary, you will be replacing our HR Advisor while on maternity leave.
Your responsibilities
As a HR Officer we expect you to:
- To be a source of information regarding HR related questions, such as employment conditions and leave processing. You carry out Transparent Solutions' HR policy and you know where you can find which information to help employees as well as possible.
- Carrying out the HR administration, as in service, making changes, drawing up contracts, processing maternity leave, changes etc. The administration is done in the BDO Loket employee registration system
- Handle complex HR administration, such as international contracts.
- Prepare improvement proposals for quality and work processes.
- Support for projects, at a departmental and departmental level.
- Communicating from HR to employees.
- The language of instruction is English and the communication will largely take place in English

These are the analysis of outgoing payments from our customers and associated processes. We work for big clients such as Danone, Red Bull, Ikea, Henkel, Borealis, BAT.
What we expect
In order to find a good connection within the organization now and in the future, we expect from you as a job applicant:
- University/HBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an operational HR function.
- Fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing.
- Good knowledge of the labor market, laws and regulations in the area of labor law, the Gatekeeper Act and employment conditions.
- Experience with BDO Loket (Pre).
Additional Information
It is a position for 40 hours per week. The working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00 The position is to be filled per the 1st of November. A pre screening (VOG + BKR) is part of the application procedure.
