What a joke! Submitted this complaint 10 June 2020. Yet to receive a response and cannot get through to get any update. Have been trying for days. Complaint: We bought two Top Executive seats on flight TP3198 departing Newark to Lisbon on June 4, 2020. You bumped us off the flight 10 hours before we were to make a 5-hour drive to Newark from New Hampshire. Having written to a number of Executives at TAP and received a text message to check-in we did so and received our boarding passes. However, we were told that you could not honor our Top Executive seating and were checked into Economy Class. The downgrade was an uncomfortable inconvenience, but more than that: There was no social distancing on the plane. When we initially booked our business class seats, the chart displayed social distancing, thus we were not adequately prepared for the crowded seating of economy class and we experienced an unacceptable degree of exposure to Covid-19. We would like full and appropriate compensation for what was a truly dreadful and potentially life threatening experience. As a Million Miler on Star Alliance, I have never experienced such bad service on any airline anywhere in the world.

TAP Air Portugal Do you eventually plan to refund the flights you cancelled? I asked for my refund more than 1 month ago and I still didn’t receive anything.

Maybe adapt your refund policy first and start paying!!! Don't book with this company!!!

How about adapting your refund policy and giving people back their money for flights canceled by you? Where's my money?
