By downloading software of Vibration Research from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The export and re-export of Vibration Research software products are controlled by the United States Export Administration Regulations and such software may not be exported or re-exported without prior authorization from Vibration Research.
• By downloading or using a Vibration Research software product you are certifying that you are not a national of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any country to which the United States embargoes goods and that you are not a person on the Denied Persons List, the Entity List, or the List of Specially Designated Nationals. You further agree that you will not export or re-export Vibration Research software to any person in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any country to which the United States embargoes goods. In addition, you will not distribute Vibration Research software to persons on the Denied Persons List, the Entity List, or the List of Specially Designated Nationals.
