Listen to this recording to learn about Peer Exchanges, a small group structure B Lab is offering for Inclusion Challenge participants. Peer Exchange groups will build a safe space over several weeks for meaningful conversations as your company tackles the challenges inherent in pursuing greater inclusivity. When you join a Peer Exchange, B Lab will connect you with a small group of other B Corps taking the Inclusion Challenge and provide you with resources to kickstart useful dialogues.
