As the Chief Eating Officer of BCBB, Seth over-
  eats, errrr, over-sees the entire restaurant’s
  operations. He is committed to making the
  business better everyday and tries to inspire the
  team to always do better today than yesterday.
  They seem to exceed expectations regularly, so
  it’s working. If you like the restaurant, he’s the
  owner. If not, the owner is in the office or away
  from his desk. Seth is also committed to the triple P bottom line: People, Planet, Profit. BCBB is the first certified B Corp restaurant in NC.

  acquisitions, corporate positioning and lead generation initiatives for major national and international brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Novella Clinical, US Oncology, Lowes Foods, The Redwoods Group, Discover Financial Services and the YMCA.
