As the Chief Eating Officer of BCBB, Seth over-
eats, errrr, over-sees the entire restaurant’s
operations. He is committed to making the
business better everyday and tries to inspire the
team to always do better today than yesterday.
They seem to exceed expectations regularly, so
it’s working. If you like the restaurant, he’s the
owner. If not, the owner is in the office or away
from his desk. Seth is also committed to the triple P bottom line: People, Planet, Profit. BCBB is the first certified B Corp restaurant in NC.
Andy Fyfe, Community Development at B Lab
As part of B Lab's Community Development team,
Andy is responsible for growing and serving the community of Certified B Corps across both the East
and West Coasts. He has been with B Lab for 5 years
and currently works in the New York City office. Today
there are 1500+ Certified B Corps, operating in 40+
countries, representing 120+ industries, sharing
one goal: use business as a force for good.
Greg Norton, President of R+M Agency
As President of R+M Agency, Greg leads a B Corp
with a focus on working with brands that positively
impact health, well-being and social responsibility.
Greg is a marketing veteran with vast experience
serving as a strategic counselor on issues including
commercialization strategies, mergers and
acquisitions, corporate positioning and lead generation initiatives for major national and international brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Novella Clinical, US Oncology, Lowes Foods, The Redwoods Group, Discover Financial Services and the YMCA. In addition, Greg is a recognized business leader and recipient of the 40 Under 40 Leadership Award.
