FOOD FOR THOUGHT VEGAN TICKET SUBSIDY APPLICATION

Grants are distributed as reimbursements after events for 50% of vegan ticket sales up to $1,000.
Applications must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event to allow for processing. 

By clicking ‘Submit Application’ you are agreeing to the following if your application is approved:

• You are offering a clearly defined vegan option that can be selected in advance at half price to guests (Food for Thought pays the other half).
• Explicitly promote the vegan meal option as sudsidized in partnership with Animal Place's Food for Thought Program (We can design these promotional materials upon request).
• Display Food for Thought sponsorship table card and brochures at the event.
• Take photos of the vegan option and submit with the event report, and ensure that Food for Thought has sharing permissions for these photos.
• Host a board meeting discussion about adopting a vegan menu policy no later than 3 months after the event.
• Submit event report within 30 days of event and board meeting report within 90 days of event to receive grant.

Note that all grants are limited to companion animal, wildlife, or environmental organizations that are classified as 501(c)(3) nonprofits or registered charities. Preference will be given to organizations with brick and mortar facilities that regularly host public events.
