Immediately following the IVSC’s Annual General Meeting, the IIBV and Business Valuation Resources (BVR) will host a lively debate and discussion on the challenges facing the BV profession with respect to professional education and accreditation. We aim to bring together the world’s business valuation educators to debate the issues and challenges in the design of a global BV designation and accreditation system.
BV professionals attending the IVSC meetings in Toronto who are interested in BV education will find this an interesting and relevant discussion of the challenges valuation professional organizations face in business valuation education. The format will be a moderated panel of global BV education professionals and the moderator will set the stage by presenting a few overview slides and then challenge the panelists to respond to a series of questions and follow up the response by asking other panelists to provide an opposing view.
This free event will be live-streamed by BVR and refreshments will be served, courtesy of American Appraisal.
