Joe Rossi, ANFI, CFM, is the Flood Specialist at Rogers & Gray Insurance.  He is an Associate of National Flood Insurance (ANFI) and a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), one of the highest certifications in the flood insurance industry.

Joe formed the Marshfield Citizens Coastal Coalition (MCCC) in 2012, seeking stronger citizen representation of coastal issues and is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Flood Determination Association (NFDA).  This national board is the trade organization for producers of flood zone determinations.
