JON GATRELL

Jon Gatrell brings more than a decade of experience in product management, marketing, sales, and corporate development to Pragmatic Marketing. He specializes in product packaging and positioning of products for global markets.

Prior to Pragmatic Marketing, Jon served in senior product management and marketing positions at a number of companies, most recently at Stonebranch and Inovis. He has successfully implemented the Pragmatic Marketing Framework at multiple companies, and integrated it into several acquisition plans. He has held leadership positions in numerous industry organizations.

SANJAY CASTELINO

Sanjay Castelino is vice president of marketing at Spiceworks where he leads the marketing efforts across branding, product marketing, demand-generation, public and analyst relations and creative services functions.

Previously, Sanjay was a vice president at SolarWinds, leading demand generation, go-to-market strategy and execution for the company’s networking, virtualization, storage, and security information and event management divisions. He was instrumental in helping SolarWinds build and refine its go-to-market strategies and positioning following its initial public offering in May 2009. Sanjay has also worked at NetStreams, Motive, A.T. Kearney and Accenture.

MELISSA MINES

Melissa Mines is head of brand content for Cisco Systems where she sets and executes brand content for global brands across multiple digital and social channels. She is a creative and ever-curious strategist, marketing and business leader with success in startups and Fortune 50 companies. Melissa’s professional journey includes success in strategy, corporate positioning, branding, product marketing, public relations, analyst relations, investor relations and sales. Her efforts have been recognized through Kellogg MBA case studies, B2B Magazine Marketing awards and highlighted in publications such as the New York Times.

KEVIN REINIS

Kevin Reinis is president and CEO of Quantum Interface, an independent startup that creates technology solutions to change the way people interact with the world. With more than 30 years of experience managing and leading companies for global market growth and expansion, Kevin has deep P&L management and operating experience across Fortune 100 companies to early stage startups.

Previously, Kevin was CEO at Electronic Insight, where he launched a new product solution for unique text analytics technology analysis software to streamline hiring processes for the Fortune 500 market. He also held senior leadership positions at HPT Development, FloSports, NetStreams and Yosemite Technologies.

TERRY SADOWSKI

Terry is a marketing, sales and general management veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He recently accepted a sales executive leadership role at Wolters Kluwer, a leading provider of compliance solutions to the financial services industry.

Previously, Terry was senior vice present marketing at Assurant, responsible for strategic positioning, branding and demand generation for all lines of business in Assurant Mortgage Solutions. He has also owned a successful consulting practice and led marketing for a startup acquired by Cisco Systems. He began his career in consumer products and then moved into B2B technology before entering the financial services arena.

ERIN YOUNG

Erin is founder and principal user experience architect at Slide UX, an Austin-based consultancy that helps product teams and marketers create digital products that are useful, usable, good-looking and optimized.

Slide UX employs a team of 10 user-centered designers and researchers who have worked with wide variety of clients nationwide, including big local brands like Indeed, Atlassian, Planview and RetailMeNot.
