Welcome to the NSF Health Sciences self-assessment tool for Data Integrity.

This brief questionnaire will highlight aspects for companies to consider in relation to company wide data governance systems to ensure proactive management for data integrity risks.

The past five years has seen increasing numbers of issues raised in relation to data integrity (the extent to which all data are complete, consistent and accurate throughout the data lifecycle), and the issues being raised are affecting many companies, regardless of their size or location.

This simple series of questions has been developed to help you establish whether you have considered all aspects of this on-going issue and to identify where and how NSF Health Sciences can be of help in supporting your company.
