Travis Rodgers - Partner, Chief Operating Officer - Partners Real Estate

Travis Rodgers is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Partners.

In these roles he has responsibility for overall executive management of the day-to-day operations, revenue management, and growth of the firm as it executes its strategic vision, as well as holding responsibility throughout the Brokerage Services portion of our business in conjunction with CEO Jon Silberman.

Travis is based in Partners’ Houston office but travels frequently to the company’s Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Atlanta locations.

Prior to joining Partners, Travis worked at Whitestone REIT, where he served as Director of Operations and was responsible for the day-to-day real estate functions of its 6 million-sq.-ft. retail, office and industrial portfolio across Texas and Arizona.

Previously Travis was with Walmart Realty for 18 years, where he performed multiple deal-making and leadership functions across the U.S., with a specific focus in Texas. His experience with Walmart included land sales, building sales & leasing, broker management, property and asset management, acquisitions, special revenue projects, social media/marketing and government relations.

Travis is a graduate of New Mexico State University and the University of Arkansas School of Law. He has his CCIM designation, and maintains his law and real estate broker licenses in Arkansas. He is also the Texas Co-Government Relations Chair for ICSC and has been involved in various ICSC volunteer roles over the last 15 years.
