Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing via e-mail to Alicia Lee (Alicia.Lee@moffitt.org) or Melinda Ogilvie (MelindaOgilvie@usf.edu) and received by September 1, 2023 in order to receive a refund. A $75 cancellation fee will be assessed to cover administrative costs. There are no refunds for no-shows or for cancellations received after September 1, 2023.
USF Health Office of Continuing Professional Development reserves the right to cancel this activity due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the full registration fee will be refunded.
USF Health is not responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participants in the unlikely event that this activity is cancelled.
