Session Description: This session will review the top revenue cycle challenges hospitals are facing in today’s environment and provide best practices in the areas of the front and back-end of the revenue cycle.

  2. Identify best practices for front-end revenue cycle functions (scheduling, registration, etc.)
  3. Identify best practices for back-end revenue cycle functions (denials management, cash acceleration, etc.)
